She started her content creation journey in 2021. Ever since she was a little girl, Anjali dreamt of becoming an actress and learning to dance. But like many kids growing up in a middle-class family, she was taught to be realistic rather than hopeful.
“We can’t expect too much,” she says, reflecting on those early years when dreams seemed far away.
she found a new outlet for her creativity, Instagram.Without telling her parents, Anjali started making short reels and videos, trying to bring her childhood dreams to life, even if it was just through her phone screen.
The beginning wasn’t easy. She created two or three accounts, but nothing really worked. Views were low, engagement was almost non-existent, and self-doubt slide in.
“Sometimes I felt like I wasn’t made for this. I felt useless and worthless,” she accepts.
But instead of giving up, Anjali kept going. Even when the world didn’t clap for her, she clapped for herself. She didn’t chase perfection, she chose Commitment.
Everything changed in 2024 when one of her reels went viral. That moment wasn’t just about numbers, it was proof that her efforts were worth it. “That gave me strength,” she says. “I’m grateful that I never lost hope in myself.”
Today, Anjali continues to create content with the same passion and authenticity. She doesn’t focus on the follower count, instead, she celebrates every single one of them. “I may not have a lot of followers, but the ones I do have are someone else’s dream,” she says with pride.
Anjali’s journey is a reminder that success doesn’t always come fast, but it comes when it’s meant to. Her story speaks to anyone who’s ever felt underestimated, or unsure of their place in the world.
