Social Media Journey
Sarbik started content creation in 2023 with a love for music and dance. At 12, he decided to train himself & with one dream in mind, Dance India Dance. After three unsuccessful auditions, he finally reached the Top 60 of DID Season 4. However, falling short of the Top 16 was a major setback. At just 15, Sarbik was hit hard by depression and felt like he had everything, left in the life. But he didn’t give up.
Reinvention: From Dancer to Filmmaker
After school, Sarbik enrolled in film school to explore acting and filmmaking. Over the next 9 years, he rebuilt himself from the ground up physically, emotionally, and creatively. With no resources and no shortcuts, he focused on lifting weights, building his physique, and learning the storytelling, audience engagement, and content hooks.
The Breakthrough: Becoming @iamsarbik__
Then came the turning point – “What if I combine everything I’ve ever learned?” says Sarbik.
That question led to the new start of Sarbik’s life, with unique content style, dance videos blended with cinematic storytelling, music, fitness, and emotion. He started posting consistently in 2023, and his content struck a chord. From 2,000 followers to nearly 100K in just a year, his growth is proof of what happens when talent meets persistence.
